Description
Gas gate valve OPTIVALVE PLUS™ steel flanged is an advanced device for natural gas networks with medium operating pressure in the temperature range –20°C to +60°C. The solid steel body and fully rubber-coated ductile iron wedge (NBR) ensure double soft sealing and low closing torque.
Spindle sealing rings replaceable under pressure allow service work without shutting down the system. The patented upper wedge sealing surface ensures excellent tightness even during seal maintenance. Full bore minimises hydraulic losses; bypass preparation (opening for BP connection) available on request. Complies with GIS/V7-1, PN-EN 13774; flanges per ANSI B16.5 150#RF (PN-EN 1092-2 PN16 optional). Epoxy coating 250 μm; optional PUR per PN-EN 10290. BSI Kitemark certified. Face-to-face length per PN-EN 558-1 series 3.
