Description
Gas gate valve OPTIVALVE™ F5 is a high-quality flanged fitting for natural gas networks with medium operating pressure in the temperature range –20°C to +60°C. The design offers excellent tightness, high durability and low flow resistance – ideal for modern gas installations.
Construction features: fully rubber-coated wedge from ductile iron with NBR coating; double soft sealing for high tightness; particularly low closing torque through optimised design; spindle sealing rings replaceable under pressure; patented upper sealing surface; hydrogen operation up to 7 bar possible; cover per GW 336 for spindle extension. Technical data: DN 40–300; face-to-face PN-EN 558-1 series 15; MOP 16 bar (standard), 7 bar (vent plug/H₂); flanges PN-EN 1092-2, PN10/PN16; operating temperature –20°C to +60°C. Coating: epoxy electrostatically applied min. 250 μm; optional PUR per PN-EN 10290. Standards and certificates: CE (PED), INiG, DVGW, BSI Kitemark; compliant with PN-EN 13774, DIN 3230-5, GIS/V7-1.
