Gas gate valve OPTIVALVE PLUS™ flanged F5 is a modern and reliable device for natural gas networks with medium operating pressure and systems in the temperature range of –20°C to +60°C. The construction uses high-quality materials and provides enhanced safety, durability and ease of operation.
The model uses a fully rubber-coated wedge made of ductile iron (NBR), ensuring double soft sealing and low closing torque. Replaceable spindle sealing rings under pressure. The patented upper sealing surface ensures excellent tightness even during maintenance. The construction is approved for operation with hydrogen and hydrogen-natural gas mixtures up to 7 bar operating pressure – a future-proof solution for modern energy networks. Epoxy coating ≥ 250 μm; optional polyurethane coating PUR per PN-EN 10290. Complies with PN-EN 13774, DIN 3230-5, GIS/V7-1; flanges per PN-EN 1092-2 (PN10/16).
