Description
Gas gate valve OPTIVALVE PLUS™ with PE spigots is a specialised device for polyethylene gas networks. The model is suitable for medium operating pressures (MOP 10 bar, 7 bar for hydrogen) and temperatures from –20°C to +40°C. PE 100 SDR11 spigots enable direct welding to PE gas pipelines; SDR17 bore available on request.
The core element is the fully rubber-coated NBR wedge made of ductile iron: double soft sealing and very low closing torque. Spindle sealing rings replaceable under pressure – service work without system shutdown. The patented upper sealing surface ensures maximum tightness even during seal replacement. Approved for hydrogen and hydrogen-natural gas mixtures. Standard: PN-EN 13774 (Class 1/2), GIS/V7-1 (Class A/B), DVGW G 5600-1. Certificates: CE, INiG, DVGW, BSI Kitemark. Epoxy coating 250 μm electrostatic; optional PUR per PN-EN 10290. Cover per GW 336 for spindle extension.
