Gas gate valve OPTIVALVE™ F4 DN40–300 – reliable fitting for gas networks. Designed for natural gas networks with medium operating pressure in the temperature range –20°C to +60°C. High-quality materials and innovative construction solutions ensure complete tightness, reliability and long service life.
Applications: transmission and distribution gas networks; industrial installations with gas and gas mixtures; systems with hydrogen or hydrogen-natural gas mixtures (up to 7 bar). Construction features: fully rubber-coated NBR wedge with double soft sealing; very low closing torque; spindle sealing rings replaceable under pressure without disassembly; patented upper sealing surface; approved for hydrogen and hydrogen-natural gas mixtures (up to MOP 7 bar); epoxy or PUR coating; vent plug optional. Technical data: DN 40–300; face-to-face PN-EN 558-1 series 14 (F4); MOP 16 bar / PN16 (7 bar H₂/vent plug); flanges PN-EN 1092-2, PN10/PN16; operating temperature –20°C to +60°C; cover per GW 336. Coating: epoxy min. 250 μm; optional PUR per PN-EN 10290. Certificates: CE (PED), INiG, DVGW, BSI Kitemark. Standard: PN-EN 13774, DIN 3230-5, GIS/V7-1.
