Gas gate valve OPTIVALVE PLUS™ with steel ends is a constructively advanced fitting for steel gas pipelines with medium operating pressure. Through the use of suitable materials and modern construction solutions, it provides high reliability, tightness and durability across a wide range of applications.

Steel ends allow direct welding of the fitting, ensuring a solid and load-resistant pipe connection. The core element is the fully rubber-coated NBR wedge made of ductile iron with double soft sealing – minimal closing torque, extraordinary tightness. Spindle sealing rings replaceable under pressure – service work without shutdown. The patented upper wedge sealing surface guarantees perfect tightness during seal replacement. Approved for hydrogen and H₂/natural gas mixtures up to 7 bar; natural gas MOP 16 bar (PN16). Certificates: CE (PED), INiG, DVGW, BSI Kitemark. Standard: PN-EN 13774 Class 1/2, GIS/V7-1 Class A/B.
